Transatlantic AB and Kistefos AS/Vikings Supply Ships AS have agreed to divide ownership to the assets in the joint venture Trans Viking.
The cooperation will continue in respect of the chartering of the vessels in the North Sea.
Negotiations will commence with parties to agreements being affected by the changes in structure. The new structure is expected to be in place by the end of the first quarter 2009.
