Prior to joining Kistefos, Korsvold was CEO of Storebrand, a leading Norwegian life and P&C insurer. His previous experience includes investment banking experiences with Fondsfinans and Procorp, and as an investment and business development director of Orkla. Korsvold holds an MBA from the Wharton School.

Prior to joining Kistefos in 2010, Beatriz’s career has been focused in the areas of corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions, most recently at McKinsey & Company in Oslo. Her time at McKinsey was preceded by 10 years of work for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in that firm’s New York, Mexico City, Frankfurt and London offices. Prior to this, Beatriz worked for Ernst & Young’s New York based Financial Advisory Group. Over the past 16 years, Beatriz has advised clients across a broad spectrum of industries regarding their merger activity, debt and equity offerings, financial restructuring and bankruptcy reorganization processes. Beatriz graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in languages and international business. Beatriz is a native of Spain, and has spent a significant portion of her time on the East Coast of the United States of America.

Prior to joining Kistefos in 2005, Hodt worked the last 4 years as Chief Financial Officer in TDCSong. His previous experience includes the oil company Mobil, Fokus Forvaltning and Norsk Hydro. He holds the degree Master of Business and Administration from BI Norwegian School of Management.
Lars Erling Krogh

Prior to joining Kistefos in 2004, Krogh was a Partner at the Norwegian venture capital firm Convexa. His previous experience includes investment banking experiences with ABN AMRO Bank and NatWest Markets, where he conducted several capital markets transactions and IPO's for telecommmunications and media companies. Krogh holds a Bachlor of Arts (Hons) degree in Political Science and Economics from Boston University.

Prior to joining Kistefos, Skaarberg worked as an independent management and financial advisor. He holds a degree from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and an MBA from L'Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France.
After having graduated from INSEAD he served with McKinsey & Co., an international firm of management advisors and has subsequently held several top level positions in Norwegian shipping and offshore companies. His experience includes corporate strategy, structure and finance and general management.

Prior to joining Kistefos, Edminson worked as Head of Finance at ACNielsen Norway. His previous positions include Head of financial reporting and analysis at Telenor Mobil and he also has extensive public audit experience from working with KPMG in Oslo and Boston, USA. Edminson is qualified as State Authorized Public Accountant from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Prior to joining Kistefos in 2005, Galtung has experience from various finance- and broker business companies in Norway.
Her main responsbilites are coordination of Kistefos' real estate projects, marketing & sponsoring activities, in addition to various administrative tasks. Galtung has completed a study in business administration, leadership and marketing at NHH.

Prior to joining Kistefos, Foss was CTO of the logistics company Element Storage Systems. His previous experience includes telecom startups in Norway and Asia, with various managerial and operational roles. Foss holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Prior to joining Kistefos, Jacobsen was CEO of BlueCom, a Norwegian telecommunication Company targeting primarily the residential market. His previous experience includes Senior project management in BlueCom, and business development activities in Telenor. Jacobsen holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Management and a Master in Corporate Finance from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Prior to joining Kistefos, Søraas was a management consultant at Mercer Oliver Wyman (MOW). Based in MOW’s London office, he worked on a range strategy and risk modelling projects for leading retail and investment banks.
Søraas holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology as well as an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Prior to Kistefos Nygårdshaug worked as Legal Counsel with TDC Song where she was responsible for all legal affairs. Her previous experience also includes work at different Norwegian Law firms.
Nygårdshaug holds her Law degree (Candidate in Jurisprudence) from the University of Oslo. In addition she has a Master of International Law (LL.M) from San Francisco, USA.
