Prior to joining Kistefos, Olav Haugland was CFO in the real estate company Hansa Property Group AS. Over the last decade he has held various management positions in capital intensive listed companies, including the offshore company Sinvest ASA and the shipping company Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA. Haugland has a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration and is a State authorised public accountant from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Prior to joining Kistefos in 2010, Beatriz’s career has been focused in the areas of corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions, most recently at McKinsey & Company in Oslo. Her time at McKinsey was preceded by 10 years of work for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in that firm’s New York, Mexico City, Frankfurt and London offices. Prior to this, Beatriz worked for Ernst & Young’s New York based Financial Advisory Group. Over the past 16 years, Beatriz has advised clients across a broad spectrum of industries regarding their merger activity, debt and equity offerings, financial restructuring and bankruptcy reorganization processes. Beatriz graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in languages and international business. Beatriz is a native of Spain, and has spent a significant portion of her time on the East Coast of the United States of America.

Prior to joining Kistefos, Skaarberg worked as an independent management and financial advisor. He holds a degree from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and an MBA from L'Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France.
After having graduated from INSEAD he served with McKinsey & Co., an international firm of management advisors and has subsequently held several top level positions in Norwegian shipping and offshore companies. His experience includes corporate strategy, structure and finance and general management.

Prior to joining Kistefos, Edminson worked as Head of Finance at ACNielsen Norway. His previous positions include Head of financial reporting and analysis at Telenor Mobil and he also has extensive public audit experience from working with KPMG in Oslo and Boston, USA. Edminson is qualified as State Authorized Public Accountant from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Prior to joining Kistefos in 2005, Galtung has experience from various finance- and broker business companies in Norway.
Her main responsbilites are following up AS Holding's activites, in addition to Kistefos' real estate projects, marketing & sponsoring activities. Galtung has completed a study in business administration, leadership and marketing at NHH.

Prior to Kistefos Nygårdshaug worked as Legal Counsel with TDC Song where she was responsible for all legal affairs. Her previous experience also includes work at different Norwegian Law firms.
Nygårdshaug holds her Law degree (Candidate in Jurisprudence) from the University of Oslo. In addition she has a Master of International Law (LL.M) from San Francisco, USA.
